Santa Photos FAQ’s

Do I need to book my Santa Photography session?

We recommend booking to secure your spot. Walk-ins are available for our general Santa Photo sessions, but bookings are essential for our Quite Time Santa and Santa Pawtraits sessions.

A $5 deposit is required when you book, but don’t worry—it goes toward your purchase on the day. We suggest booking in advance to secure the best time for your family. Walk ins welcome for our general Santa Photo sessions but not guaranteed. Bookings are essential for Quiet Time Santa and Santa Pawtraits. Eventbrite booking fees apply.

Pet Parents! A few quick tips to keep your Santa photo session smooth and merry:
1. First up, keep an eye on your furry (or scaly or feathery!) friend at all times.
2. We know they’re perfect, but just in case, be prepared to handle any “little surprises” – bring those waste bags! Heads up: Centre bins are a no-go for pet waste.
3. Got a grumpy Gus? If any pet shows a bit too much “holiday spirit,” we may ask you to take them outside to cool off.
4. When it’s nearly your photo time, meet us at the designated entrance outside the centre – no sneaking in! Our team will escort you to Santa’s setup right on time.
5. Remember, pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when they come in – even if they promise to behave.
6. We’ll do our best to keep your session on schedule, but if the team’s still wrapping up a prior shoot, we appreciate your patience while we make every shot perfect.

If you are unable to make your session, you can reschedule but please remember that booking fees are non-refundable.

What pets can come along?

Most friendly pets are welcome: dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds and other little guys. Centre management does have the final say on who can join in, though, so feel free to ask if you’re not sure!

Can I re-schedule my appointment to another date and/or time?

If you are unable to make your session, you can reschedule but please remember that booking fees are non-refundable. Check your confirmation email for further details.

Can my pet sit with my kids for their photos?

Yes, your pet can sit with your kids, but only on designated pet sessions. Please book in a Pet Pawtraits session.

What happens if I lose my photos, can I get copies?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost photos. Getting a USB with all your images for an additional $26 is a great option.
